Code Documentation Skill

Purpose

This skill provides TSDoc format templates, type documentation guidelines, and maintenance workflows. Use this when:

• Writing or editing TSDoc comments for any function, type, or module
• Reviewing documentation quality
• Creating comprehensive API documentation
