Common Pitfalls
- Stale optimistic updates - Always verify server state matches expected
- Over-subscribing - Only subscribe to data you need
- Missing loading states - Handle
undefined(loading) vsnull(not found) - Presence cleanup - Add scheduled job to clean old presence records
