Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the company docs information architecture.
• Keep docs aligned with CTO vision, roadmap, and functionality.
• Ensure doc ownership is explicit and discoverable.
• Keep docs concise, scannable, and current.

Workflow

1. Clarify intent and target audience for new or updated docs.
2. Propose a doc structure change with a brief index or map.
3. Implement the smallest coherent doc update.
4. Add or update links in doc indices to keep navigation intact.
5. Note any follow-up doc debt in docs/TODO.md.

Guardrails

• Do not change product behavior; documentation only.
• Do not add secrets, tokens, or PII.
• If a doc change implies a product change, flag it for CTO.

Deliverables

• Company doc index in docs/company/README.md.
• Org structure and roles in docs/company/org.md.
• Updated doc navigation references in docs/README.md when needed.
