Required Sections

Every weekly report MUST include these sections:

1. Summary - A 2-3 sentence executive summary
2. Completed This Week - Bullet points of accomplishments
3. In Progress - Work that's ongoing
4. Blockers - Any issues preventing progress (or "None" if clear)
5. Next Week's Plan - Planned work for the upcoming week
6. Metrics (optional) - Any relevant numbers/stats

Format Requirements
