The Iron Law
THE CHECKLIST FILE IS THE ONLY TRUTH
This applies to:
- Every action is a checklist item
- No work happens without updating the file
- If interrupted, resume from the file
- The file survives context resets
No checklist = no execution. No update = work didn't happen.
