A workflow wrapper for disciplined development. Inspired by TigerBeetle's TigerStyle and FoundationDB's simulation-first approach.

On Plan Creation (PLANNING)
- Create plan file:
.progress/NNN_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_task-name.md(NNN = next sequence number) - Document what vision files were read (or note none exist)
- Define test requirements if applicable
- Get approval (or auto-proceed for small tasks)
During Work (IMPLEMENTING)
- Log significant decisions to plan file
- Track what tests are needed
- Update plan after each phase
Before Completion (VERIFYING)
- Run tests if project has them
- Run
/no-capverification - Check alignment with any documented constraints
- BLOCK if gates fail
On Completion (COMPLETE)
- Update plan state to COMPLETE
- Commit with clear message
- Push to remote

If .vision/ doesn't exist or seems incomplete, offer options:
"I don't see vision docs for this project. Would you like me to help create any of these?"
