Auto-Fix (No Human Needed)

| Missing imports | Add imports | 1 |
| Type errors (simple) | Fix types | 2 |
| Pre-commit fails | Fix and retry | 2 |
| Test failure (related) | Fix and retry | 3 |
Auto-Fix Workflow
1. Detect failure
2. Identify type
3. If auto-fixable:
- Apply fix
- Retry (max 3x)
- If still failing -> escalate
4. If not auto-fixable:
- Escalate immediately
Escalate to Human
