Planning Session

Flow:

Review Session

When: Friday or sprint end Duration: 15-20 min Agent: Review

Flow:

1. What got done?
2. What didn't? Why?
3. What did we learn?
4. Update CONTEXT.md
5. Prepare for next planning

Output: Updated CONTEXT.md + lessons

Project Kickoff

When: Starting new project Duration: 30 min Agent: Tech Lead or Planner

Flow:

1. Define why project exists
2. Create folder structure
3. Write initial CONTEXT.md
4. Identify first deliverable
5. Schedule first review
