Const Types Pattern (REQUIRED)

Why? Single source of truth, runtime values, autocomplete, easier refactoring.

Flat Interfaces (REQUIRED)

Extract<Union, 'a' | 'b'>; // Extract from union

Type Guards

Strict Mode

TypeScript strict mode is enabled. No implicit any, strict null checks.
