Protein Structure Analysis

Get Protein Sequences

AlphaFold2 Confidence Scores

# Higher scores = higher confidence in structure prediction

# pLDDT interpretation:
# > 90: Very high confidence
# 70-90: Confident
# 50-70: Low confidence
