BLoC State Management
Core Pattern
All BLoCs must extend Bloc<Event, State> and follow the event/state pattern.

Key Rules
- Use
emit()notyield- Modern BLoC API - Never mutate state directly - Always emit new state
- Handle all events - Register handlers in constructor with
on<EventType>() - Keep BLoCs focused - One BLoC per feature/domain
- Use Equatable - For state/event comparison
- Close BLoCs - Use
BlocProviderauto-disposal or dispose manually

Always handle errors in event handlers:
